TCD to update Telos EVM Gas Price

Telos Dev Community,

The Telos Core Developers would like to inform all users that we will begin running the eosio.evm ‘doresources’ action on a weekly basis, at a randomly determined schedule starting this week. This action will update the fixed EVM gas price for tEVM transactions.

We would like to remind all app developers that if the tEVM gas price is hard coded within their app, it may break when the ‘doresources’ action is run. We recommend that all apps utilizing the tEVM look up the most recent gas price rather than hard coding the current price.
